Big Ag calls it humane slaughter. We call it what it is.

The factory farming industry uses CO₂ gas chambers to kill millions of pigs every year. Why? Because it’s fast. 
It’s cheap. It works at scale.

Undercover footage shows pigs panicking, screaming and gasping for air as CO₂ fills the gas chamber and suffocates them to death.

For over 20 years, the government’s Animal Welfare Committee has warned it causes severe animal suffering. 
In 2003, they called for a full phase-out. But instead, the use of CO₂ has only increased.

In April 2026, the Ban CO₂ Gas Chambers campaign hit the London Underground.

Don’t buy it.

When chickens can’t stand up in factory farms, pigs are being killed in gas chambers and our Sunday roast comes with a side of antibiotics, it’s time to take a stand. Because this isn’t a few bad apples. It’s the whole orchard.

We’re taking the message beyond the screen. Visibility across London, people on the ground, and growing a movement to expose the deceits of factory farming.
